People often ask me...

How did you get involved with doing readings? Is it a gift that you were born with, or did you discover this ability later on in life?

My response is simple: We are all born with the ability to read energy. It is our natural birthright. Babies and young children read auras, see energy, and are pure channels in fluid communication with Source. So, I was born with the ability to read auras, and you were too! In fact, you probably do it more often than you realize.

As a child I remember feeling what others were feeling (empathy) and knowing that certain things were going to happen (clairvoyance), but I generally kept the insights to myself. And like most of us, over time I gradually "forgot" these abilities. As a teenager I got good at conforming to societal expectations in hopes to fit in with my peer groups and the adults whom I looked up to. The more I relied on what I thought others wanted me to be, the less in touch I became with my own truth and inner guidance.

In my perception, this separation from Self is a common experience of modern times. We come into the world pure, bright, complete, and totally conscious. Then little by little, our light begins to dull as we attempt to mold ourselves to the demanding expectations of society. Like sponges we absorb what we learn from our environment, parents, teachers and other adult role models, who, ironically, may have forgotten what it means to be a child.

Through our adolescent and perhaps adult years, we might be swayed by peer pressure or popular belief. We may feel obligated to do things a certain way, like getting the right education, finding the right job, making enough money, meeting the right partner... the house, the cars, the family, the arranged portrait of society. This is a wide generalization, but the point is, sometimes the "supposed to's" that are engrained in us from early childhood don't align with our true needs or desires, and the "right way" isn't our way.

The good news is, if we fall asleep to the voice of our inner truth, then the next step is to wake up. Isn't that what we came here for? To awaken from our slumber? To evolve into our full potential? Thankfully our Spirit, all-knowing and ever-present, faithfully sends us wake up calls. One after the other, louder and louder, until we hear them. Until we choose to look to the only place that really has an answer: within.

My Wake Up Call...

In the summer of 2008, during a semester abroad in Córdoba, Argentina, I was taking a dance class, tried to pull off a flip, and voila! - I landed on my head and injured my spinal column. I spent the next several months with compromised mobility, and a lot of pain. Emotionally I pretty much crashed and burned.

This was the beginning to my waking up. Choosing to take things into my own hands, I sought out many alternative methods to healing and began the deeper journey of the soul. Once I got a taste of the golden drop of consciousness, there was no turning back. All sorts of synchronicities began to happen and the Universe presented me with new opportunities to heal, grow, and bring more harmony and joy into my life. By the time I graduated from college, I was able to hear the voice of my heart – which started speaking to me loud and clear about moving back to Argentina. I had no idea how things were going to turn out or what I was going to do there; I simply knew that my intuition was telling me to go, and I had to trust it. Little did I know I would be spending the next eight years in various parts of the country, with many life times lived during that period, including the start of my exploration in the subtle healing arts.

During a plant medicine ceremony in Patagonia in 2011, I opened up a creative channel and started making art, and also reconnected with playing the flute, an instrument I had played from ages 6 to 15. Today, the flute continues to be a grand inspiration, and it has become an integral part of my sound healing pratice and life.

When I was living in Buenos Aires in 2010 I discovered Kundalini yoga. I happened upon it in a very synchronistic way and was quickly drawn to the practice. In 2015 I became a Kundalini yoga instructor and have had the pleasure teaching classes and workshops around South America and the U.S.

And what about the readings?

In 2011, I met with a friend of mine who told me she had taken an Aura Reading course. She was radiant, and enthusiastically offered me a reading. I thought to myself, "I don't know what that is, and YES, I want one!" To this day I vividly remember the sensation of energy swirling around me, and the profound messages that moved me to my core.

About a year later while I was living in Patagonia, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in intensive aura reading courses  and became a certified Aura Reader through the Piracanga Aura Reading School in 2013. I was deeply impacted by my experience in the training. I had reconnected with my innate ability to read energy! The real triumph wasn't acquiring a skill set outside of myself; it was simply the letting go of layers of limiting beliefs and fears that were clouding my perception, to reveal the truth that has always been. Like polishing a diamond in the rough.

I have been practicing readings since early 2013, and it is so fulfilling! Each reading is a unique soul-to-soul encounter, and I am very grateful to be doing this work.

Now back in the U.S., I continue exploring my authentic pathway forward, and how I can be in service to my truth while serving others. Over the years it has been a challenge and a blessing figuring out how to weave together my gifts and passions in order to offer a body of work that comes from my personal experience and serves the greater whole. (I will probably be refining and reitering my whole life!) As of now, readings, movement, sound journeys, energy healing, expressive arts, and time in nature are my tools of choice.

The life journey of being a human, is at once a very hard path, and an extraordinarily beautiful and valuable one. In my lifetime I am committed to walking it with as much vibrancy and integrity as possible, and sharing the tools, gems, and experience that I've gathered along the way. I am grateful for this opportunity to discover the full spectrum of colors, and I am grateful for YOU, for bringing your colors to the world.

With Love & Gratitude,
