The Meditation of the Roses is a practical technique to cleanse your energy and raise your vibration. It focuses on the seven principle energy centers (chakras) in the body, and the electro-magnetic field (aura). It is a tool for consciousness, allowing for a greater understanding of how your energy, and the use of your energy, directly affects your life experience.

This meditation technique uses the imagery of roses to assist in the energy work, because roses are a symbol for spiritual growth and evolution.

What will you experience in the course?

Over the course of 6 hours broken up into three consecutive days, you will be guided through the process of tuning in to your own energy system and harnessing the power of your attention, intention and visualization to cleanse your chakras and aura. You will also learn tools to help establish clear energetic boundaries and strengthen your intuition. By the end of the course you will have learned the complete framework for practicing the Meditation of the Roses, so that you can develop a home practice and continue strengthening your energy field and clarity.

Dana has been practicing the Meditation of the Roses since 2012, and it has helped her cultivate a strong relationship and understanding of her energy system.
